Commercial Credit Control Pty Ltd (CCC) was incorporated in March 1996. The former directors were previously principals of a business, styled Coast Credit Control, which commenced collection agency activity in 1990. In 2006, Peter Hickey joined CCC and the company is now owned and operated by director Mark Schelluch and Peter. CCC is experienced in the collection of debts covering such diverse business sectors as childcare, telecommunications, retail, finance, healthcare, utilities and advertising. The Collection team is well trained and is comprised of an excellent manager, Tracy Kensell and vastly experienced collectors, all of whom have been in the collection industry for many years.
Commercial Credit Control Pty Ltd has utilised Collect!, a proprietary collection software system, developed and owned by Comtech Systems Inc., of Victoria, B.C., since 1997. In 2009, CCC installed a PowerConnex Dialler, which interfaces with the Collect! software to enhance and improve our collection capabilities and performance.
Commercial Credit Control's business management system complies with the requirements of Australian/New Zealand Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 and also extends to the requirements of industry specific regulations and codes.
CCC carries Professional Indemnity, Public Liability, Work Cover and comprehensive business interruption insurance cover.
